About 3,000 people came to dine and participate in the 17th conference of the United Kibbutz in Givat Brenner, which opened with a musical performance, created by Benjamin Pintos. Besides discussions about the future of the kibbutz, in which Yitzhak Tabenkin, Zeev Tzur, and Israel Bar Yehuda participated, an exhibition of the United Kibbutz’s artists was being held. Hakibbutz Hameuchad – Sifriat Poalim Publishing Group Bookstore opened in Tel Aviv.
