## Synopsis

Joshin, a nun at Taiseizan Mankoji Temple, a nunnery in a peaceful rural town, is undergoing a regular checkup from the local doctor, Kimura Kamekichi. After the checkup, Kamekichi makes a bold request. His wife has been hospitalized in a large hospital for over a year, and they have not had a sexual relationship for a long time.
