Jade Leung Tsang, born in Hong Kong as Leung Yuk-ying, is a Hong Kong actress known for starring in Kung Fu and action films. She received the 1992 Best New Performer Award at the 11th Hong Kong Film Awards for her role in the 1991 film Black Cat. In 1995, while filming Enemy Shadow, Jade Leung suffered burns to her hand due to a mistimed explosion caused by the crew. She had to undergo skin graft surgery and spent several months recovering in the hospital. The experience left her understandably cautious about similar stunts afterward.
