Carl Gustav Lennart Jähkel, born September 27, 1956 in Piteå in Norrbotten county, is a Swedish actor. Lennart Jähkel was born in Piteå but grew up in Timrå and is the son of Carl Jähkel and Carin. He has German roots on his father's side. Lennart Jähkel studied at the Statens scenskola in Malmö 1979–1982 and has since been involved in various theatres. He is also a film actor and was nominated for a Guldbagge award for his work in Suxxess (2002) and Så som i himmelen (2004).
