Boris Grachevsky was born on March 18, 1949 in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region, in the rest house "Polushkino", in a creative family, at the age of 6 he went to the stage with his father, at 10 he staged the first dance, at 11 - a New Year matinee. He graduated from the Kaliningrad Mechanical College at the plant of SP Koroleva (Moscow region), where he received a specialty turner. He worked as a turner, then as a design engineer at the Korolev factory. In 1968 he served in the army. After serving in the army he got a job as a loader at the Gorky film studio.
