MyAnna Buring, born Anna Margaretha My Rantapää, was born on 22 September 1979 in Sundsvall, Sweden and is a Swedish actress, mainly active in the UK. She was born in Sweden, but moved, with her parents, to Oman and Kuwait, where her father, Klas, worked as an orthopedic consultant and surgeon while her mother sold furs and Christmas trees. MyAnna studied at the American British Academy in Muscat (ABA) – Now known as “The ABA Oman International School”.
