Anders Jacobsson, born 4 August 1963 in Karlskoga, Örebro county, is a Swedish children's book author. Jacobsson is the son of the engineer Owe Jacobsson and the clerk Ulla-Britt Stjernberg. He has held various positions at Konsum in Karlskoga 1979–1985, Stråningstorps skola in Karlskoga 1982–1984 and Lokalradion Karlskoga 1984–1985. He studied information science at Örebro University in 1985. In 1983, 20-year-old Anders began writing a story about a little boy who would do something, which was rarely written about in children's literature at the time.
