From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Paul Hoen is an American director and producer. Hoen has directed and produced projects such as Cheetah Girls 3 and Dadnapped. Hoen studied drama, film and television at the University of Santa Clara. He was admitted to the Directors Guild of America in 1987.
