Sevil Velieva is an Uzbekistan singer born in Fergana. In 1995, her family moved to Simferopol on the Crimean Peninsula. She was a contestant in the Ukrainian television series Superstar and X-Фактор (X-Factor). In 2014, she competed in the third season of Голос, the Russian version of The Voice. In 2022, she replaced Anna Asti in the Ukrainian duo Artik & Asti. In 2024, she participated and won the fifth season of Маска, Russia's adaptation of The Masked Singer.
