Scott was born and raised in rural Northwest Georgia. He served in the United States Army, practiced law and held excutive positions in several corporations. This gave him an opportunity to work in 11 different countries across three continents. After taking an early retirement he began acting classes and decided to pursue producing and acting in film and theater.
