Ramiro Meneses (Medellín Antioquia, June 9, 1970) is a Colombian actor, director and television producer. In 1990 he starred in the film Rodrigo D. No Futuro by Antioquian filmmaker Víctor Gaviria, where he played a dissatisfied young man who wanted to become a punk musician. In 1991 he had a prominent role in the telenovela Cuando quiero llorar no lloro playing Victorino Moya. In 1992 he acted in the comedy series Vuelo secreto and in the telenovela En cuerpo ajeno.
