Elias Parvulesco (real name is Oleksandr Teliuk) is a Ukrainian experimental filmmaker. He was born in Ukraine in 1985. Studied engineering (Kyiv University of Economics and Transport Technology, 2002-2007), contemporary art (Course of Art, an educational project of Method Fund, 2014-2015) and film studies (Kyiv National I.
