Isaac Hernández was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, one of 11 children of Hector Hernández. Trained at Philadelphia's The Rock School for Dance Education, he has worked as a professional ballet dancer at the American Ballet Theatre, San Francisco Ballet, Dutch National Ballet and the English National Ballet where he is currently (2018) Lead Principal Dancer.
