Jalal Shammout is a Syrian actor who was born on February 23, 1970 in Homs. He graduated from the department of acting at the High Institute of Theatrical Arts. Afterwards, he travelled to France to finish his studies. In 1993, he joined the Artists’ Syndicate. Jalal began his acting career in the mid 1980s, and he appeared in several shows, including “El Ikhwa” (The Brothers) in 1985.
