Roman Leonidovich Karimov (Russian: Роман Леонидович Каримов, born June 20, 1984; Ufa) is a Russian filmmaker. Born in Ufa on June 20, 1984. In 2003, he went to live in London, produced short films for the BBC and did film trailers and other works for TV3, TV1000 and ZTV. Two years later he returned to Russia. Karimov directed three short films ("Optimist", "Apartment 29" and "Don't worry!"), worked as a promotional director of the film "Platot" and director of the documentary "Profession: humorist", starring Vadim Galygin.
