Shinato Ruri was a Japanese actress, model, and gravure idol fromHakusan, Ishikawa. She was born in Hokkaido as the youngest of three siblings and later moved to Ishikawa Prefecture. She went to Tokyo Metropolitan National High School and graduated from Sophia University's Faculty of Letters majoring in German literature. She won MISS FLASH in 2013 along with Ikeda Yuko and Nagai Rina. She was also active as a gravure idol unit G☆Girls but graduated the group on February 26, 2016.
