Trần Việt Trinh (born 27 November 1972 in Saigon) is a retired Vietnamese actress, director and TV presenter. Hailed as the Queen of 1990s Vietnamese commercial cinema, she is the scene’s most popular actress and youth idol. Việt Trinh began her career as a calendar model and background actor while enrolled at Ho Chi Minh Academy of Performing Arts.
