From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Mona Bruns (November 26, 1899 – June 13, 2000) was an American actress on the stage, films, radio, and television. She appeared in such television series as Dr. Kildare, Little House on the Prairie, Green Acres, Bonanza, among others. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Bruns appeared on Broadway with her husband, Frank M. Thomas. She appeared in the 1934 Broadway play Wednesday's Child as Miss Chapman with her son Frankie Thomas playing a large role as Bobby Phillips.
