Elmer Earl "Butch" Hartman IV (born January 10, 1965) is an American animator, storyboard artist, YouTuber, illustrator, and voice actor, best known for creating Nickelodeon's The Fairly OddParents, T.U.F.F. Puppy, Bunsen Is a Beast, and Danny Phantom. Hartman also owns a production company, Billionfold Inc., which he uses primarily to produce his shows.
