Parviz (son of Muzaffar) Mammadrzayev was born on February 13, 1971 in Baku. In 1977-1987, he studied at secondary school number 252. In 1989-1994, he graduated with honors in directing at the "Director of Theater Group" department of the University of Culture and Arts (former Azerbaijan State Art Institute named after M.A. Aliyev).
