A native of Limerick, Liam has had a varied acting career which began working and touring extensively with the city's Island Theatre Company. His TV debut at age 15 as a suicidal teenager in the RTE/BBC drama 'Edward No Hands', was a precursor to a career on stage playing roles as diverse as Cary Grant to Billy Bibbitt to Bianca in 'Taming of the Shrew'.
