Deacon Ledges (Boston Stergis) is from Freedom, Maine, where he began acting in high school. He holds a BFA in acting & directing from Syracuse University. He moved to Los Angeles in 2004, after 10 years in New York's downtown theater scene. Deacon is also a black belt and former competitive kick boxer, as well as a musician and songwriter, playing the piano and guitar. He founded the band The Freedom Ledges in 2008, with whom he performs and records, and took the stage name Deacon Ledges.
