Blas García is a veteran Mexican announcer and dubbing actor, born on May 26, 1942, in Tula, Hidalgo. He began his career in dubbing in 1966, with a small role in the series I am a spy. In 1977 he worked on dubbing the animated film My Friend the Dragon and by the end of that decade and the beginning of the next, he lent his voice to Japanese animated series, the first being Merman of the Sea and Captain Twinkle.
