Vaidotas Martinaitis was born in Gargzdai and lives in Vilnius. In 1983-1988 he studied at Klaipeda S. Simkus Higher School of Music (trumpet specialization); from 1988-1990 he studied at the Lithuanian State Conservatoire (trumpet specialization); from 1990-1994 he studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music, Faculty of Theatre and Film, Department of Acting (actor specialization).
