Pavel Koutský was born on December 6, 1957 in Prague, Czechoslovakia. He is a director and writer, known for Média (2000), Kavárna (1998) and Portrét (1990). After grammar school, Pavel Koutský studied at the Academy of Applied Arts and Design in Prague where he specialized in film and television graphics. Pavel graduated in 1983 by a cartoon called Visit Prague. Since then he has focused on animated film, namely cartoons. He is the author of many films, TV blackouts, themes and commercial spots.
