Geraldo Vietri (São Paulo, August 27, 1927 – São Paulo, August 1, 1996) was a Brazilian filmmaker and playwright. A controversial television personality, a pioneer, with a difficult temperament and politically conservative, Geraldo Vietri began his career on TV Tupi in 1958, when one of his screenplays, Este Mundo é dos Loucos, was approved and produced by the São Paulo broadcaster.
