Barry Jenner (January 14, 1941 – August 9, 2016) was an American actor best known for his television roles, including Captain Jerry Cooper on Dallas, Admiral William Ross on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Lt. Lieu Murtaugh on Family Matters.
