Rebecca Elizabeth Breeds (born 17 June 1987) is an Australian actress. She is best known for her lead roles as Ruby Buckton on the Seven Network soap opera Home and Away (2008–2012) and Clarice Starling on the CBS crime drama series Clarice (2021).
