From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. William Brent "Billy" Unger (born October 15, 1995) is an American teen actor credited as Billy Unger. Unger is best known as an actor for his lead role as Sammuel "Sammy" Benson on the 2009 comedy film Opposite Day with Ariel Winter. Unger has also appeared as Zora's love interest "Wesley" in the Disney Channel Comedy series Sonny with a Chance. Billy was born in Palm Beach County, Florida.
