Sebastian Spence (born December 9, 1969) is a Canadian actor best known for his roles as Cliff Harting on Hallmark's series Cedar Cove (2013-2015), and as Cade Foster in the Space Channel scifi series, First Wave (1998–2001). His first on-camera role was in the second part of the Canadian TV miniseries, The Boys of St. Vincent. His next role was in the trilogy of A Family of Cops TV movies with Charles Bronson, playing Eddie Fein the younger son of Bronson's character.
